Beverly Hills, FL : Car crashes through parking lot fencing, falls on ground below at 3485 N. Lecanto Highway on Monday, 6th January, 2020

Marie Lomaglio said she was walking Monday morning below the Dollar Tree’s elevated parking lot in Beverly Hills when she heard a bang behind her.

She turned and saw the front of a Chevrolet Malibu crashed into the ground from the parking lot above, landing a few feet from where Lomaglio was walking at 3485 N. Lecanto Highway.

“By the miracle of God.” Lomaglio said about the miss. “Thank you, Jesus.”

As the car rested at a downward angle, Lomaglio, she said, comforted the elderly woman driver, who was conscious and talking, until emergency responders arrived.

Lomaglio said she assured the woman not to worry about driving forward through the parking space.
