Thomasville, GA : Teen died and another one injured in head-on car collision on Highway 319 in Thomas County on Thursday, January 21, 2016

A teenager is dead after a head-on collision in Thomas County. Investigators suspect distracted driving may be to blame.

The accident happened on Hwy 319 in Thomas County, just north of Crowley Road.

Georgia State Patrol says 19-year-old Larry Graham crossed the centerline and collided with another car.

Graham died at the scene.

The other car was being driven by 53-year-old Sharon Kubik. Investigators say Kubik is in serious but stable condition.

GSP says Graham was found with a cell phone in his lap. They believe it may have distracted him, and caused him to cross the intersection.

Both Graham and Kubik were wearing seatbelts.
