Medford, NJ : Five people injured in a multivehicle crash at Routes 70 and 541 Wednesday, May 18, 2016
Three people suffered life-threatening injuries in a multivehicle crash Wednesday, police said.
Two other people also were hospitalized after three vehicles collided at Routes 70 and 541 around 5:30 p.m., Medford police said. The accident closed Route 70 for about five hours.
Three people in a Toyota Scion — a 31-year-old woman and two men ages 27 and 41 — were airlifted to the trauma center at Cooper University Hospital, Camden. Police described their injuries as life-threatening.
Two men in a Volkswagen, ages 33 and 35, were taken to Virtua Marlton with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
A 29-year-old man in a minivan was not injured.
