Government Camp, OR : 34-year-old Angela R. DeCorte died in a motorcycle crash on U.S. 26 near Government Camp early Sunday, March 8, 2015

A Gresham woman was killed in a motorcycle crash near Government Camp, according to Oregon State Police.

Investigators said a black Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling westbound on Hwy 26 at 1:20 a.m. when the rider lost control while negotiating a curve near Milepost 52.

Police said the motorcycle slid across both eastbound lanes and crashed into a guard rail.

Police identified the driver as 34-year-old Angela Decorte of Gresham and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved, according to troopers, and the crash remains under investigation.
