ELLINGTON, CT : Driver needs to be extricated from vehicle in Ellington accident on Saturday, 17th October, 2020

First responders had to extricate a driver whose car crashed into a pole late Saturday night.

First responders were dispatched to the intersection of Route 140 and Webster Role around 11:45 p.m., according to the Crystal Lake Fire Department Facebook page.

The accident was called in by an off-duty state trooper, and the Crystal Lake and Ellington Volunteer fire departments, Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps., and AMRs Rockville medic responded.
