Bowling Green, KY : Three injured in crash in Logan County on Thursday morning, March 9, 2017

Three people were injured Thursday morning in a three-vehicle crash at Clarksville and Olmstead roads in Logan County.

A 2013 GMC SUV driven by Melba D. Morris, 59, of Russellville, turned into the path of a car driven by Chelsea Taylor, 25, of Clarksville, Tenn., according to a news release from the Logan County Sheriff's office.

The SUV spun around and went airborne, striking a vehicle stopped at the intersection, witnesses told deputies. The stopped vehicle operated by Mary J. Lyons, 58, of Guthrie, sustained severe damage, the report said. All drivers were taken to a hospital as a precaution and the vehicles required towing, the report said.
