Pequot Lakes, MN : 30-year-old Bemidji woman injured in a crash on Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes on Wednesday, July 20, 2016

A 30-year-old Bemidji woman was injured when the Pontiac Grand Prix she was driving collided with a Mack semitractor at 8:52 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 371 at Crow Wing County Road 107 in Pequot Lakes.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported Lynette A. Arfman, 30, Bemidji, was traveling northbound in the passenger car, when she struck the semitractor traveling westbound on County Road 107, which was making a left turn to go south on Highway 371. The driver of the semitractor, Michael B. Hennis, 59, Madelia, had no apparent injuries.

Arfman was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Nisswa and Pequot Lakes police departments and the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office assisted the state patrol at the scene.
