ALEXANDRIA, VA : Alexandria police looking for truck driver in hit-and-run that injured teen caused school lockdown on Wednesday, 4th October 2023

Alexandria police are searching for the driver of a Penske truck after a hit-and-run that injured a 15-year-old and caused a brief “secure the building” order at George Washington Middle School Wednesday.

Officers said the hit-and-run occurred around 3 p.m. at the corner of Montgomery and North Patrick Streets.

According to officers, the injured teen was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
