MILWAUKEE, WI : A fatal hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Friday, September 22nd 2017

Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian crash.

Officers say a 36-year-old woman was killed when she was hit by a vehicle on a north side street about 1 a.m. Friday. The driver of the striking vehicle then fled the scene. The victim died from her injuries. Police are working on notifying her relatives.
