Alligator Lake, FL : Two dead in Osceola County crash, US-192 shut down in both directions on Wednesday, 27th November, 2019

A crash on US-192 and Old Melbourne Highway near Alligator Lake left two people dead and one injured Wednesday evening, said Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Kim Montes.
Lanes of US-192 were shut down in both directions as of 8:25 p.m., Montes said.
The accident killed a 75-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man, both from St. Cloud, who were traveling in the same vehicle. The unidentified driver of the other vehicle is in critical condition and has been transported to Osceola Regional Medical Center, the incident report said.
Around 7:40 p.m., the 75-year-old driver was heading eastbound on US-192 in a four-door Ford when she tried to turn left onto Old Melbourne Highway in front of a driver in a Ford van heading westbound, the report said. The van hit the passenger side of the car.
