Queens, NY : 24-year-old motorcyclist dies in Belt Parkway crash in Queens on Wednesday, August 27, 2014

Police say a 24-year-old man has died following a motorcycle crash on the Belt Parkway in Queens. A 911 caller reported an accident around 4 a.m. Wednesday on the eastbound Belt, between Rockaway Parkway and the Van Wyck Expressway. Police say they found Julian Smith lying in the center lane.
