An Ely woman has died and a man has been seriously injured in a crash involving a car and a Solon school bus.The Iowa City Press-Citizen reports that the Thursday afternoon crash just west of Solon also left four of the roughly 30 elementary and middle school students on the bus with minor injuries Iowa State Patrol Trooper Eric Payne says 73-year-old Patricia Ann Howell, who was driving a car involved in the crash, died at the scene.
