FLORENCE, CO : Crash involving pedestrian closes Highway 115 in Florence on Wednesday, 26th June 2024

Highway 115 was closed in Florence Wednesday morning for a potentially serious crash involving a pedestrian.

Colorado State Patrol has confirmed with 11 News that its troopers are assisting with the collision, though the spokesperson could not comment on the severity of the victim’s injuries or how many vehicles were involved.

The Colorado Department of Transportation was reporting the highway was closed at the junction with State Highway 120 (mile marker 11) at about 8 a.m. The highway was back open by about 10 a.m.
