Wyoming, PA : One injured after car crashes near dealership on Wednesday afternoon, February 22, 2017

One man was injured in a one-vehicle accident in Wyoming late Wednesday afternoon, according to police. The accident happened at about 5:25 p.m. near Marcum Motors at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and First Street, according to Wyoming police Officer Macson McGuirk. A man driving south on Wyoming Avenue lost control of his car and crashed into a vehicle parked near Marcum Motors. The driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment of what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries, McGuirk said. There were no passengers in the man’s car and no one else was injured, according to McGuirk.

The cause of the accident has not yet been determined and the investigation continues, he said.
