Two drivers and three passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries during a two-vehicle crash at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, in Kanabec County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 75-year-old Leslie Ernest Bartos of Montrose was driving south on Mahogany Street in Brunswick Township south of Mora when his 2017 Subaru Forester collided with a westbound 2008 Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by 48-year-old Harold Leslie Soderquist, of Mora, on Highway 70.Bartos and his three passengers—Sharon Marie Bartos, 75, of Montrose; Elaine Evelyn Warnke, 89, of Brook Park; and Margo Alayne Warnke, 66, of Brook Park—were transported to First Light Hospital in Mora. Soderquist was not transported to a health care facility for his injuries.
Road conditions were dry, and all those involved were wearing seat belts.
The Kanabec County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident.
