Baltimore ,MD : I-83 south reopened after crash at Cold Spring Lane on Tuesday morning ,July 14th 2015

Two lanes on Interstate 83 south in Baltimore were temporarily blocked Tuesday morning after a vehicle overturned during a rush hour crash.

The accident occurred near exit 9 for W. Cold Spring Lane and was reported shortly after 8:30 a.m. by the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management. Just before 9 a.m., traffic was reopened on the highway, officials said.
