Pedestrian in critical condition following Route 1 accident

Delaware State Police are investigating an Oct. 7 accident involving a pedestrian who was struck by a car on Route 1. Kelley R. Oram, 34 of Rehoboth Beach was crossing Route 1 at 5:35 p.m. near the Seaside Outlets when she was struck in the center lane of the northbound lanes of Route 1, said Cpl.
