Philly handyman sentenced in carjacking, Penn shootout

A West Philadelphia handyman who stole a Cadillac at gunpoint with a friend before leading police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash and shootout on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, was sentenced today to over 14 years in federal prison.
