Scottsdale, AZ : Driver suffers life-threatening injuries after hitting wall on Loop 101 in Scottsdale on Thursday, 9th April, 2020

A driver suffered life-threatening injuries after witnesses say the vehicle crossed all lanes of traffic on northbound Loop 101 and struck a wall Thursday morning in Scottsdale.

The northbound lanes of Loop 101 at Indian Bend Road were closed for investigation, but later reopened, the Arizona Department of Transportation tweeted.

The collision happened shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday.

Witnesses told officers the driver was driving in the HOV lane and then crossed all lanes, striking the wall.
