RICHLAND COUNTY, SC : Columbia woman identified in fatal Richland County crash on Thursday, 2nd August 2018

The victim in a fatal Richland County crash has been identified.

Officials say Nilsa Cruz-Melenda of Columbia died at the hospital after the crash. The accident happened at the intersection of Two Notch and Polo Roads.They say a woman driving a van was unable to stop and hit another car at the stop light.

That caused a chain reaction crash.
