OTTAWA, KS : 74-year-old dies after fall in Ottawa street leads to car crash on Thursday, 29th August 2024

A 74-year-old woman has died after she fell while walking across an Ottawa street and was hit by a turning vehicle.

The Ottawa Police Department says that just before 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, emergency crews were called to the area of W. 15th and S. Osage Dr. with reports of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
