Orchard Park, NY : A Cattaraugus County woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision at Route 219 On Wednesday, May 18th, 2016

A Cattaraugus County woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday evening on Route 219, according to Orchard Park Police.
The identify of the 71-year-old woman had not been released as of press time. A report from WGRZ.com said she was a resident of Yorkshire, but the Times Herald was unable to independetly verify that information.
According to multiple news outlets, the incident occurred at approximately 1:24 p.m. near the Big Tree Road exit ramp. The other vehicle involved was driven by a 58-year-old Springville woman whose identity was also not released.
The Springville woman was taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
The northbound lane of Route 219 was closed at the Route 391 intersection during the investigation, according to media sources.
Orchard Park Police would not release any further information to the Times Herald.
