CUMBERLAND CITY, TN : 1 killed, 2 injured in Dickson County collision on Sunday, November 13th 2016

One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash in Cumberland Furnace on Sunday evening.
Joshua Farley, 34, was driving on the 1200 block of Stayton Road when he lost control during a curve, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The rear end of his 2000 Pontiac GPG crossed the center line and hit another vehicle.
Farley was injured in the crash. His passenger, 39-year-old William Davidson of Centerville, was killed.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol report says Davidson was not wearing a seat belt. Officials noted in the report they believe safety restraints would have made a difference.
The driver of the other vehicle, 65-year-old Pamela Batey, was injured in the crash.
Criminal charges are pending against Farley.
