Semi Tanker Truck Overturns in Phoenix Arizona

A semi tanker truck traveling westbound on the Interstate 10 in Phoenix rear-ended a passenger vehicle on Wednesday, Jan. 9, causing the truck to roll over.

According to a Department of Public Safety spokesperson, the accident happened Wednesday morning on the Interstate 10 at 24th Street causing a large backup. The driver of the car was trapped inside the vehicle when officials arrived.
