Danville, CA : One person dead and two passengers Seriously injured After Fatal Crash on Sunday November 29 2015

An early Sunday morning police pursuit in Danville ended with the suspect fatally crashing into a tree, injuring two passengers, according to the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department.
The pursuit started at 1:09 a.m. on Sycamore Valley Road near the I-680 southbound ramp when a Danville Police Officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, according to Police Chief Steve Simpkins. After fleeing from the officer, the unidentified suspect exited the freeway onto Crow Canyon Road.
While making several attempts at evasion, the suspect left the roadway at a high rate of speed, striking a tree just south of the intersection with Bollinger Canyon Road. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the two passengers were transported to medical center in Walnut Creek with serious injuries.
