Perth Amboy, NJ : 6 hospitalized after 2-vehicle crash in Central Jersey on Wednesday, 24th February 2021

Six people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Perth Amboy early Wednesday, authorities said.

One of the vehicles was stopped near the corner of Amboy Avenue and Meredith Street when the other struck it shortly after midnight, according to Perth Amboy police Deputy Chief Larry Cattano.

None of the injuries is considered life-threatening, though all were taken to area hospitals for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
