STAMFORD, CT : 17-year-old dies in night motorcycle crash on Friday, 17th May 2024

A 17-year-old has died after a motorcycle crash Friday night.

Police say the crash took place on Lockwood Avenue at the intersection with William Street at 9:13 p.m.

The teen had been driving Northbound on Lockwood on a 2020 Kawasaki motorcycle when a 58-year-old Stamford resident driving Southbound on Lockwood attempted to take a left turn.

The 58-year-old was driving a 2011 Toyota Corolla.
