A woman was killed — her remains burned beyond recognition — following a heart-gripping single-car crash in Queens early Saturday, officials said.
The woman was a passenger in a black Infiniti G35 heading southbound on the Laurelton Parkway near 130th Ave. in Laurelton about 4:30 a.m. when the driver, a 27-year-old man, lost control.
He struck a guardrail, and upon impact, the car launched into the air, flipped, struck a tree stump on the shoulder and burst into flames, officials said.
A dead woman was seated in the front passenger side of the Infiniti, police said.
Her body was so badly burned that an autopsy will be required to confirm her identity, police sources said.
The driver was taken to Jamaica Hospital with minor burns and is expected to survive, officials said.
No other cars were involved in the fiery crash, officials said.
Members of the NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad were still trying to piece together what led to the accident happened Saturday evening, cops said.
