Kingsport, TN : A car crashed into a utility pole on Bloomingdale Road on Monday, 26th November 2018

Police are currently searching for a pair of juveniles who are believed to have crashed a car into a utility pole on Bloomingdale Road and to have stolen a pickup that was warming up in a nearby driveway.

According to the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, a call about the wreck came in shortly before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Responding officers found a compact car had snapped a utility pole and knocked down power lines — blocking motorists from traveling between Forest View Road and Idle Hour Road — but no one was at the scene of the crash.
