BUTLER COUNTY, KS : Man dead after crashing pickup near Whitewater on Wednesday, 20th March 2024

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office identified 59-year-old Blake Randall Strasser as the man killed in Wednesday’s crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A preliminary investigation indicated that Strasser was not wearing a seatbelt and that alcohol is suspected to be a factor. That is not confirmed.
