Chicago, IL : Woman ejected, in critical condition after single-car crash on Lake Shore Drive near Hyde Park on Monday, 25th November, 2019

A woman was critically injured when she was ejected from her vehicle in a single-car crash Monday morning on Lake Shore Drive.
Just before 2 a.m., she was alone in her 2018 blue Chevy Malibu going north in the 5700 block of South Lake Shore Drive when she hit the median, according to Chicago police.
She was thrown out the car and taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition. No one else was injured, police said.
The cause of the accident was under the investigation of Chicago police’s Major Accidents unit.
