Traffic: Power outage suspends MARC service, delays Amtrak

I-95 closed at Tydings Memorial Bridge due to an accident As of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Maryland Transit Administration is advising patrons that all MARC Penn line train service north of Edgewood is suspended until further notice, due to a catenary power outage.
