New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say they suspect alcohol was a contributing factor in an all-terrain vehicle crash that seriously injured a Massachusetts man.
Officials say 46-year-old Louis Parisi of Hopkinton, Massachusetts lost control of the he was driving near Haynes Road in Stewartstown Saturday night.
Conservation officers say the machine rolled over and Parisi was pinned under it. A male passenger who was thrown from the vehicle during the crash was not injured.
Parisi was treated at a local hospital then transferred to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Officials say the cause of the crash is still being investigated but they believe alcohol impairment was a contributing factor.
Parisi was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
