ENFIELD, CT : Arrest made in Enfield hit-and-run minibike rider killed on Monday, 4th March 2024

A woman was arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that happened in Enfield on Monday.

Enfield police identified the woman as 66-year-old Judith Kostek of Enfield.
