A woman has become the third member of her family to be killed in a car accident in the same Long Island town in just two years.Pauline Aluska, 54, was hit by a car at the intersection of Montauk Highway and South 13th Street in Lindenhurst in the early hours of Monday morning.The driver sped off but a witness called 911.
