Linthicum, MD : Man seriously injured in Linthicum ATV crash on Tuesday, March 14, 2017
9-year-old man was taken to the hospital after two all-terrain vehicles collided head-on in Linthicum on Tuesday.
The Anne Arundel County Fire Department said that firefighters responded to a call of an injured person on the 200 block of North Hammonds Ferry Road around 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday.
Responders found a 29-year-old man who'd suffered serious injuries after he crashed his ATV head-on with another ATV. The department said the man walked away from the crash and was found by firefighters on North Hammonds Ferry Road.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured in the collision.
The man was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center to be treated for serious injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
