Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist killed in North Las Vegas crash on Lake Mead Boulevard and Bruce Street Monday on August 18, 2014

One person is dead after a motorcycle collided with a truck in the northeast part of the valley this afternoon, North Las Vegas Police said. At 3:45 p.m., officers responded to the accident site at the intersection of Lake Mead Boulevard and Bruce Street, police said. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck suffered nonlife-threatening injuries and was not taken to the hospital, police said.
