NORTH HAVEN, CT : 2-year-old German Shepherd killed in hit-and-run on Sunday, 2nd June 2024

Police are looking for the driver of a truck that struck and killed a 2-year-old German shepherd.

North Haven Police say the dog was struck around 7:40 a.m. in the area of 1650 Hartford Turnpike.

Police believe the driver was in a white Ford pickup truck or SUV, heading North on Hartford Turnpike.

The truck or SUV should have front-end damage, according to police.
