MATOAKA, WV : One injured following rollover crash in Mercer County on Thursday, December, 7th 2017

One person was transported early Thursday morning to a local hospital after a rollover crash was reported in Mercer County.

The crash occurred 6:25 a.m. on Reese Harmon Ridge Road, according to preliminary information filed by Deputy C.K. Lester and Deputy J.K. Farmer of the Mercer County Sheriff's Department. Two vehicles were involved, and there was entrapment.

Members of the Matoaka Volunteer Fire Department and the Princeton Rescue Squad were also dispatched to the scene. One person was transported to Princeton Community Hospital, according to a Mercer County 911 dispatcher. Both lanes of the road were closed until the scene was cleared.
