Sebring, FL : Woman killed in head-on crash on SR 66, Spring Valley Lane on Friday morning, May 13, 2016

A Sebring woman was killed Friday morning when she veered into the other lane and struck a semi head on.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 50-year-old Irene Smith was headed west on State Road 66 approaching Spring Valley Lane at 5:50 a.m., when he 2008 Suzuki SX4 swerved into the path of an oncoming semi driven by 25-year-old James Reyes of Kissimmee.
