DUBOIS CO, IN : Sleepiness was a factor in a crash on Thursday, July 6, 2017

Sleepiness was a factor in a crash between a car and semi in Dubois County.

It happened at State Road 161 near County Road 1150, just south of Holland.

The Dubois County Sheriff's Office said the driver of the car, 18-year-old Brady Hile from Dale, was going southbound when he became sleepy. A witness told deputies he saw the driver of the car had fallen asleep, crossed the center line and crashed into the back tires of the semi.
