A crash on Interstate 64 at Simpsonville has blocked all westbound traffic there.The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the road may be closed three hours, and westbound traffic is being rerouted at Exit 28.Motorists can take Kentucky 1848 north to U.S. 60 west to I-265 in Jefferson County. I-265 south will carry traffic back to I-64 west.The wreck Thursday was at mile point 27.2.
