Perry, GA : Interstate-75 reopens after fatal crash On Wednesday December 23 2015
Georgia State Patrol in Perry says Interstate 75 northbound is back open to travelers near mile marker 131 where a crash claimed the life of one person.
The post said the southbound lanes were re-opened after 10:30 a.m., and the northbound lanes reopened a little after 1 p.m.
The accident involved several vehicles and happened in the northbound lanes about five miles south of Perry.
There was no immediate word on any other injuries in the crash.
Drivers were urged to use caution and remain alert as rain continued across Georgia and Alabama Wednesday.
