Phoenix ,AZ : Man arrested in fatal Phoenix crash on Tuesday ,July 14th 2015

A suspected drunken driver has been arrested in connection with a freeway crash that killed a Mesa man.
Authorities say 41-year-old Rabit Sergio Brenes Popoca is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder, criminal damage and endangerment.
Popoca didn’t have an attorney at his initial court appearance Tuesday, where his bond was set at $100,000.
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say Popoca allegedly was speeding when he rear-ended a car Sunday night on Interstate 10, killing the driver identified as 54-year-old David Marc Eichner.
Court documents state Popoca had been drinking at a soccer game in Glendale before the crash.
