Glendale, AZ : Woman killed in a head-on crash in Glendale on Saturday December 5 2015

Police say they believe impairment is a factor in a head-on collision that left a Glendale woman dead.
Glendale police on Monday identified the victim as 59-year-old Sabina Levi.
They say a 37-year-old Phoenix man was traveling north on North 51st Avenue when he allegedly crossed over multiple southbound lanes into oncoming traffic near Olive Avenue and collided with the car Levi was driving around 6:45 p.m. Saturday.
Police say both drivers were trapped in their vehicles as a result of the collision.
They say Levi was pronounced dead at the scene while the other driver was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say vehicular-crimes detectives have taken over the case and the investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing.
