BALTIMORE, MD : Baltimore officer injured in on-duty motor vehicle accident on Tuesday, 21st May 2019

Baltimore City police says an officer was injured in an on-duty motor vehicle accident in Tuesday night in west Baltimore.

According to police, a regional Auto Theft Task Force officer was involved in a departmental accident happened at W. Lombard and S. Calhoun streets shortly after 8:30 p.m.The officer was taken to Shock Trauma for a precautionary medical evaluation with non- life-threatening injuries, officials said.
