CHARLOTTE, NC : 1 killed, 3 hurt in crash on south Charlotte road on Tuesday, 4th April 2023

Officials began an investigation Tuesday night into a deadly wreck that happened along Park Road in front of South Mecklenburg High School.
Two people were killed, and two others had serious injuries, MEDIC and police confirmed to Channel 9.
A Channel 9 crew got to the scene and saw a mangled Jeep off to the side of the road.
According to an update from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department on Wednesday, the driver of the Jeep, identified as 36-year-old Teresa Marie Miller, was going north on Park Road at a high speed when she lost control of the car and crossed over into oncoming traffic. That’s when the Jeep hit a Honda Pilot head-on.
Miller was killed in the crash. CMPD says a passenger in the Honda Pilot, 49-year-old Rosalina Santos, died in the hospital after the crash.
