Lewisburg, WV : Child killed in car accident on Monday, July 10, 2017

The investigation revealed that a 6-year-old Ronceverte child was at a residence of a family member when he was accidentally struck by a vehicle being operated by a member of the family.

The boy was transported to Greenbrier Valley Medical Center where he would later succumb to injuries sustained in the accident.

Sergeant K. L. Sawyers is the investigating officer.
