TOLEDO, OH : One woman hospitalized after crash in Toledo on Sunday, 24th March 2024

A woman is recovering in the hospital after a crash on West Sylvania Avenue Sunday morning, officials say.

A Toledo Police Department sergeant says the driver of the silver car was heading eastbound and crossed over the center line, crashing into an SUV heading westbound and totaling both cars.

Officers say the crash happened shortly after midnight near Overland Parkway.

One woman was transported to the hospital for her injuries, TPD says. The woman’s injuries are unknown, officers say, and her condition is unclear at this time.
