LANCASTER, NY : Alden man charged in crash that killed 10-year-old on Saturday, 21st October 2023

Lancaster Police say an Alden man is facing charges for a crash in Lancaster that killed a 10-year-old boy, and hurt two others.

Nicholas Rich has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, tampering with physical evidence, and reckless driving. He could face more charges once the results of a toxicology report are released.
